30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. General Overview
By purchasing products from Noblee Pet ("the Store"), the customer ("the Customer") acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms, conditions, stipulations, and clauses outlined in this Refund and Return Policy. This policy constitutes a binding legal agreement between the Customer and the Store, governing all transactions, including but not limited to purchases, returns, exchanges, and disputes arising from such transactions. The Customer further acknowledges that their use of the Store's services implies a thorough understanding and acceptance of these terms.
2. Order Cancellation Window
Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order and receive a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to nobleepet@gmail.com within this 24-hour window and must include the order number and customer name. After 24 hours from the time of purchase, orders cannot be cancelled as they will have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment and preparation for shipment. Once an order enters the warehouse processing stage, the standard return policy (Section 3) will apply instead of cancellation.
3. Returns Allowed with Email Notification
Returns are permitted exclusively under the condition that the Customer sends a detailed email to nobleepet@gmail.com within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date. The email must include the Customer's full name, order number, date of purchase, a comprehensive explanation of the reason for the return request, and supporting documentation as necessary, such as photographs, receipts, or other relevant evidence. Requests submitted after the aforementioned 30-day period will be deemed invalid and categorically denied. Furthermore, any incomplete or insufficiently detailed email requests will not be processed, and the Store reserves the right to reject any return request that fails to comply with these precise requirements.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
In the uncommon scenario where the Customer receives a defective or damaged KurlBoard, it is imperative that the Customer notifies the Store by emailing nobleepet@gmail.com no later than 7 calendar days following the receipt of the item. The notification must include high-resolution photographic evidence clearly depicting the defect or damage, along with a written description outlining the issue in detail. The Store retains sole discretion to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include, but is not limited to, issuing a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund. The Store's decision shall be final and binding.
5. Return Shipping Costs
In cases where a return is authorized, regardless of the underlying reason, the Customer shall bear full responsibility for all return shipping costs, including but not limited to postage fees, packaging materials, and any applicable customs duties or taxes. These costs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by an authorized representative of the Store. The Customer is advised to use a traceable shipping service for all returns, as the Store will not be liable for lost or misdirected packages.
6. Conditions for Return
Items eligible for return must meet the following stringent criteria: (a) The item must be in its original, unused condition; (b) All tags, labels, packaging materials, and documentation must accompany the item without any signs of tampering, damage, or removal; (c) The item must be free from stains, odors, or any alterations that would render it unsuitable for resale. The Store reserves the absolute right to reject any return that does not fully comply with these conditions. Additionally, the Customer may be subject to a restocking fee, at the sole discretion of the Store, for any returned items.
7. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noblee Pet, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to the Customer's purchase, misuse of the KurlBoard, or violation of this Refund and Return Policy. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this Policy.
8. Policy Amendments
Noblee Pet reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, or revise this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Store's website or other official communication channels. The Customer's continued use of the Store following the implementation of any changes constitutes an acknowledgment of and agreement to the revised terms.
9. Chargeback Policy
If the Customer fails to adhere to the explicit requirement of contacting the Store via email at nobleepet@gmail.com to address any complaint, dispute, or return request and instead initiates a chargeback with their financial institution, the Customer explicitly consents to the automatic rejection of such chargeback on the grounds of non-compliance with this Refund and Return Policy. By proceeding with a purchase, the Customer irrevocably agrees to abide by this provision.\
10. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
