Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind every order. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update.


Address & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Customs & Duties

Missing or Stolen Package Claims
If the carrier's tracking information shows your package as "delivered," you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date to report a missing package. Claims submitted more than 7 days after the tracking shows delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement, as we cannot be held responsible for packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or household members before filing a claim, and contacting the shipping carrier directly for delivery location details.
